RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you receive your orders, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only accept returned items under these circumstances:

  • The product is faulty or broken because of delivery, or manufacturer's mistake (Please show proof in photos)
  • Wrong product (Product is different in size, color... from what you have ordered)

NOTE: We DO NOT accept returned items because you "don't feel like it" anymore.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@printway.io. We will manage it and make sure to accept the product back.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should e-mail your request to us at support@printway.io

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

NOTE:

After the order has been successfully delivered to your relevant shipping address, you will receive an email from us asking you to Confirm that you have received your products. We want to make sure that your order is secured and has been delivered directly to you.

After receiving your order, please respond to us within 5 days. If you don't reply to the "Confirmation of Good Receipt" email within 5 days, we will automatically assume that you have received your order.

If you got our email but you haven't received your order yet, please allow 1-4 days for the product to arrive. This might happen due to time lag or communication issues between our shop and the shipping carrier. If you have waited 4 days but the product hasn't arrived, please respond to us immediately so that we can help you track your order.

 

Package returned to sender - Wrong address

If a package is returned to sender due to wrong Address Information, WE will not be held liable and compensation will not be granted by any form. Buyer should take the responsibility over this matter as we allow an Order Modification within 24 Hours.

Lost Order – Wrong Address

WE will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect Shipping Address.

 

Cancellations

We always try our best to cancel your order, so we advise you contact us ASAP if you would like to do so. However, if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.


If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order.
